H 1E05. We finally booked the chalat. Here are the minor details first.

Amount Payable : $171.20 (inclusive of GST)

And this is excluding food and drinks expense.
We need volunteers from your parents if they are willing to cook some stuff for us.
I assume that everyone is ok with BBQ. Who don't want BBQ please state in Tagboard.
